This project expands the existing college campus onto a neighbouring site, creating a new building with 20 teaching classrooms, an assembly hall, study centre, and dedicated staff facilities. The development also includes new landscaped outdoor spaces, along with cycle and parking.

Designed with sustainability in mind, the building follows a fabric first approach, using the thermal mass of the structure to help reduce heating and cooling demands. Positioned to reinforce the street corner, the building responds to the surrounding junction with traditional clay-facing red brick and large full-height windows.

Following our long-standing relationship with the Ofsted Outstanding Sixth Form College since 2008, the project gained planning approval in 2023, with 10architect novated to Caddick Construction for the construction phase.
