Aprons on and ovens ready – our team took on The Big Liverpool Bake, bringing along a mix of impressive baking skills and enthusiastic taste-testing. From showstoppers to some questionable flavours, it was a great day of cake, creativity and a bit of friendly competition.

Between the baking, judging and sampling, it was a fun and memorable day all round (and a good reminder that good design applies just as much to cakes as it does to buildings!)
